We are a Wholesale company who sells to Retail shops, Interior decorators, party planners, Florists and nurseries.  We do not sell directly to the public.  If you are interested in buying from our company, please register on the link supplied.  Once approved you will be able to log in to view our range and see the prices.

Once registered you can place your order online and we will send you a performa invoice to the registered email address.  You can also email an order to sales@atsourcesa.com.

The minimum order value is R3000.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on order size and destination. We can arrange delivery via our couriers or work with your preferred logistics provider.

Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details are correct. Any address changes must be submitted by email before the order is dispatched. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to lack of notice will be at the customer’s expense.

Yes, we sell internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You must arrange your own forwarder in South Africa and stock will be delivered to your forwarder after payment is received.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on wholesale orders. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment with photos and order details.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Payment (eft) must be made before any items are dispatched.

Credit terms may be available to selected customers after a successful business history with us.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be added on to the proforma invoice.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • No Overnight or Earlybird deliveries are available – unless you make use of your own courier service and arrange pickup – this will be at own risk and cost. 
  • Customers can also use own courier service at own cost – but we will not be held responsible for breakages. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Our return, refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items may not be returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, or a credit note will be issued to customers.
  • If you accidentally order the incorrect item – you are welcome to let us know within 7 days from delivery and we will happily exchange the items, but courier fee will be to your own account.
