Welcome to At Source. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.atsourcesa.com and the purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

- All products listed are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to change prices and product details at any time without notice.
- Prices are listed in Rand and do not include value added tax or shipping fees (clearly disclosed at checkout).
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
- We only accept eft
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a Performa invoice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be added on to the proforma invoice.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- No Overnight or Earlybird deliveries are available – unless you make use of your own courier service and arrange pickup – this will be at own risk and cost.
- Customers can also use own courier service at own cost – but we will not be held responsible for breakages.
- Our return, refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items may not be returnable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, or a credit note will be issued to customers.
- If you accidentally order the incorrect item – you are welcome to let us know within 7 days from delivery and we will happily exchange the items, but courier fee will be to your own account.
- You must create an account to view pricing and place an order. Creating an account will allow for faster checkout.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is up to date. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to us via email before the order is processed. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address because we were not notified of the change by email, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our website or products.
